Volunteers Needed!

Streetlight Ministries is directed to people of various backgrounds and ages and volunteers are needed!

You can volunteer:

to drive - people are always needed to drive both adults and children to the Sunday night service as well as the various programs that run during the week. Bus drivers in particular are in great need at Streetlight.
to join in and/or lead Bible studies and singing
to help with the clothing room
to mentoring youth and adults
to teach personal hygiene
to teaching people to read
to help in one of the youth programs:
- Kids' Korner: volunteers to help the story teller- volunteers can choose to be on a list once a month or more, regular volunteers are also needed to drive children to and from the service.
- Nursery: volunteers needed to care for young children during the Sunday evening worship service
- Kids' Club: volunteers to tell the Bible stories to a specific group each week, volunteers to help in each group as well as to help set up crafts, snacks and games.
- Cadets: males volunteers with a love for the outdoors, with or without Cadet experience
- Kingdom Seekers: female volunteers who are out of high school, volunteers who are willing to participate in the program as well as help to drive the girls each week. Volunteers are also needed to drive the girls to the Streetlight Service on Sundays as well as to sit with them during the service.
